Welcome SA Garcia Today

A Chat with Carl and Marcelino from Cupid Knows Best
Hello, readers! Today I want to sit down with my men Carl and Marcelino from “Cupid Knows Best” and hear what makes them tick. Although I know them well, gee, I created them, I am sure I’ll discover something new about them.
S.A.G.: I love getting together with you two. Are you ready for my questions?
Marcelino: “Do we both get to answer the questions?”
S.A.G.: Absolutely. Let me warn you these questions swerve between silly and normal.
Carl: “Oh no, that sort of interview. Mind if I light up a little herbal mind stimulant?”
S.A.G.: Usually I don’t allow smoking in the house but I’ll make an exception for you. Just don’t blow the smoke at me. I am extremely susceptible to a contact high. I learned that in college.
Carl: “Hey, that’s cool, I won’t be a bad boy. You know what? Wine works for me.” -lifts wineglass- I’ll sip instead of smoke.”
S.A.G: Thanks. I appreciate your consideration. Are you both settled in? Great. Try the grapes; they’…

The past always catches up with you. Max Newman should know—he’s been running from his ever since he dropped out of Uni and made a disastrous move to the seedier side of London. Now he’s returned to Brighton to lick his wounds. Though Max believes the club scene is better left behind him, one night he lets his friends drag him out dancing. Despite that, he can't help but cra…

Welcome Cassandra Carr

Do readers mind when authors who write in different sub-genres? by Cassandra Carr
Recently, I turned my first m/m story into Loose Id. I haven't heard whether or not it's been accepted, but if it is, it'll put my work into another sub-genre. I already write erotic m/f, menage, and BDSM. So I have wondered, will readers mind if I branch off into another sub-genre like m/m? I don't plan to abandon my other sub-genres, so I hope not, but these are questions that we, as authors, agonize over.
Will my m/f books lag if I start writing m/m? If you like my BDSM books will you find my m/m too tame? The questions swirl around in your mind until you're pretty sure you're off your rocker. We do everything we possibly can to make our readers happy and to never "break the contract" with the reader.
What does "breaking the contract" mean? Simply put, do I deliver on my promise when you get to the end of one of my books? Are the hero and heroine (or hero and he…

Welcome Rhonda Laurel today

Welcome to my Reading Nook,Rhonda Laurel. Please make yourself at home and let my cabana boys/girls get you a drink.
Comfortable? Wonderful. Now let’s get started.
What is your writing process? Do you outline, fly by the seat of your pants or a combination of both? For years I tried the seat of your pants method and it worked but it took a while.  The last novella I wrote I created an outline and I was able to more a bit quicker without losing momentum.  Going forward I will do a combination of both methods.
What did you do before you were a writer? Do you write full time? I worked various jobs before deciding to write on a regular basis.  I currently write full time.
If you were going to cast the hero(s) of your book, what actor would get the part? If were casting the hero for my novella Ebb Tide, I would definitely cast Shemar Moore in the role.
I know you're not supposed to show favoritism but who's been your favorite character to write?
My favorite character so far to write has be…
